Overview
Our Family Forest Play program sets those first roots of wonder, imagination and discovery. With the support of adult caregivers and Wonder Roots play facilitators, children have opportunities for individual and group play amidst a beautiful wooded area equipped with opportunities to climb, jump and swing, materials for building and space to explore.
This program takes place at our South Burlington location in our outdoor classroom with 5+ acres of woods to explore.

Our Curriculum
Wonder Roots forest programs are 100% outside and include plenty of time and space in our woodland setting where participants can increase confidence, creativity and community. Using emergent, inquiry-based curriculum practices, our programs allow for flexibility based on interest, seasonal changes and community need. With a careful and intentional balance of adult facilitated support, we aim to challenge children in new ways, fostering a sense of independence and a greater sense of self.

In striving to build a connected community, Forest Playgroup runs the entire Fall and Spring semester. We see the biggest growth with children who have consistent opportunities to connect with their peers, other adults and environment. Families have also noted building connections with other caregivers that result in friendships beyond playgroup.
**We DO offer sibling discounts on our playgroup programs. Sibling discounts are automatically calculated at check-out.
Tuition is calculated by semester. Full payment is required to complete registration. Mid-session enrollment is available at a pro-rated amount pending availability. Monthly payment plans are available upon request. Multi-student discounts are applied automatically.
After submitting your program registration, you will need to login to the customer portal to complete payment.
