School-Year Assistant Teacher (Weds Afterschool Adventurers)
Our Afterschool Assistant position is a great fit for individuals looking for a consistent, rewarding outdoor education role during the school year. We are looking for a reliable team member for our Wednesday afternoon program in Hinesburg (1:45 PM – 5:15 PM, with students on site from 2:00/2:15 PM – 5:00 PM) . While ideal candidates can commit to the full school year, we will accept applications from individuals available for specific multi-week blocks or to serve on our on-call substitute roster.
Timeline: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

Mentor In Training (MIT): For ages 14-17.
Teen mentors guide younger students and support staff members by facilitating nature-play experiences. Develop leadership skills & valuable work experience in a supportive environment.
