We are excited to offer additional opportunities for families, parents and caregivers to get outside, collaborate and create!

Cost per session: $20* per person

Ground yourself in nature, community and creativity. We recognize that grown-ups need space to breathe and opportunities to get outside, meet others, and share ideas, stories and support. ReRooted is an adult program designed for parents, caregivers & educators of children ages infant to teen. Each session will include opportunities for:
  • Creative, open-ended experiences (usually a craft or small building or art project), 
  • Guided skill building (ex. forts making, fire starting, tool use, nature exploration), 
  • Informal fire-side chat & a supportive, welcoming community. 
  • Sweet & savory fire-side refreshments.
Space is limited to 15 participants in order to foster expanded conversation.  Due to the format of this program, we are unable to accommodate children.
 
* We value the importance of fostering a supportive community and increasing access to community programming. Our ReRooted series registration fee is subsidized through our diversity, inclusion and equity funding. If you or your business would like to pay it forward and help support greater access to our programs please contact us. We accept donations and sponsorship no matter how big or small.

Pop-Up Play

About Pop-Up Play sessions are the perfect opportunity for families to play, explore and create together. Sessions are usually a 2 hour theme-based event and include several play stations ("invitations to play"). We design our events with a focus on process vs. product and use our natural surroundings & open-ended materials to maximize on creativity, imagination and play. 

We host community Pop-Up Play sessions at our South Burlington location and schedule private Pop-Up Play events at our Hinesburg & South Burlington locations depending on size of the group. We are also available to join community events, such as farmers markets, school family night or kids festivals.

Additional Information:

  • All team members are background checked. A team member will always be certified in first aid and CPR. Toilets are available in the main building.
  • The specifics about this program will be e-mailed to you a few days in advance.
  • Programs are 100% outdoors. Weather appropriate attire is required.
  • Hinesburg programs are located on the private property of Wonder Roots LLC at 640 Texas Hill Rd. Hinesburg, VT 05461
  • South Burlington programs are located at Ascension Church Woods, 95 Allen Rd. South Burlington, VT 05403
