Make Nature a Priority in 2020- Spring TimberNook Programs
Looking forward into the new year and decade wouldn't be so sweet without first looking back on all the great experiences we had in 2019. Some of our favorite moments include fort building and campfire cooking with our Wild Ones, big body art and sensory exploration with our Tiny Ones and of course TimberNook summer camps. Throughout last summer over 40 children experienced the magic of our woods-- bringing storybooks to life, tinkering and creating a woodland circus, developing fire and cooking skills and so much more. In following our mission to provide resources and information to parents and educators, we also led spring and fall professional development workshops, collaborated with local family childcare programs and began offering program options at our Hinesburg location. It was an exciting year!
TimberNook programs. Registration for SPRING PROGRAMS are open and our summer camp registration will open in February. We are also starting to organize our workshop calendar and schedule school field trips. If you know a school or early childhood program or educator who would be interested in exploring our programs, please contact Colleen.
